Brilliant customer service. Genuinely cannot fault it.
I initially had issues with the SIM appearing to be lost in the post (Royal Mail seem to be allowing post to build up before delivery). I contacted the company and they immediately offered either a refund or a replacement number.
When the SIM finally arrived, I noticed that my number was still displayed on the website, albeit marked as sold. I contacted them again to ask whether they would mind removing the listing or partially obscuring the number for privacy.
Within an hour and a half, they had actioned my request and emailed to apologise for the situation and confirm that it had been resolved.
You really cannot beat that for customer service. Incredibly prompt, polite and professional throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

First class company with excellent communication. Was surprised how quickly they replied. Had a slight issue with postage but that was down to the delivery company and VIP Numbers dealt with it swiftly, professionally and were more than generous with the way they resolved it. Friendly, courteous and will use again if looking for a sim card.
